Mark is a well-recognized speaker. He has given a number of in-house corporate training progams in such areas as litigation process, litigation avoidance, legal privilege, e-mail useage and antitrust. Outside the corporate arena, Mark Leopold has been involved in numerous legal educational capacities, being a panelist on a litigation section of an Association of Corporate Counsel annual meeting, and for "Innovative Strategies for Litigating Class Action Suits" sponsored by Law Seminars International. He has been a speaker at a Chicago Bar Association seminar on legal ethics, and for an American Legal Systems litigation support seminar. Mark has also been a panelist for a Price-Waterhouse Legal Tech program, and has Chaired an International Insurance Insolvency Seminar in Washington, DC.
